Information obtained from event registrants is used for administrative purposes only. This information is not shared publicly but may be shared with venues/third-parties associated with event. (e.g. hotels, caterers, etc.)
Testimonials are based on individual results and may not be representative of the experience of other clients. Additionally, they are not indicative of future performance or success. Information for the testimonial is given at the client’s discretion. Once a testimonial receives client approval, the information disclosed will be made public and can be used in publications, advertisements, marketing materials and other forms of communication thereafter. Chernoff Diamond does not offer monetary compensation of any kind for testimonials.
IP Addresses and “Cookies” contain small amounts of information saved to a web browser once a webpage is accessed. Such information remains on our servers for a minimal amount of time and is then removed. This information may be used to generate statistics on user demographics such as the user’s location or usage of Chernoff Diamond webpages.
Information obtained from a job application is only accessible to Chernoff Diamond’s human resource representatives, hiring managers and those employees who are directly involved with the application process. Resumes, applications, cover letters, portfolios, CV’s and other materials submitted by the user during the application process are kept on-file for 2 years from the applicant’s submission. Materials held digitally after this time are removed from servers and in-print materials are securely shredded to maintain anonymity.
By exchanging e-mails with Chernoff Diamond & Co., LLC, its affiliates or its employees, a client understands and agrees that any information disclosed may be shared with other employees to (i) to obtain supplemental information benefiting the client or (ii) for educational purposes.
By registering for an e-mail Subscription, you agree that your basic information (e.g. Name, e-mail address) be provided for one or more Chernoff Diamond mailing lists. This information is never sold or given to third-parties for marketing purposes. A client/user is free to unsubscribe and withdraw this information at any time by contacting the Webmaster.
By participating, Following, “Like”-ing or connecting to a Chernoff Diamond-affiliated Social Media Page (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) you waive all rights in respect of posted content, (e.g. text, imagery, etc.) your likeness and your basic profile information to be used publicly. This includes but is not limited to media kits, campaigns, advertisements and other forms of media associated with Chernoff Diamond & Co., LLC and its affiliates. Messages sent through private channels (i.e. Direct Messages, Facebook Messages, LinkedIn Inbox) are privately used and only made known to employees managing the social media pages and/or any employees/parties able to provide assistance or feedback. It is sometimes necessary for us to share client information with third-parties in order to further assist a client or provide a service. In such circumstances, your point-of-contact at Chernoff Diamond will inform you of what information is being disclosed and why.
Chernoff Diamond complies with law enforcement personnel, the United States government and its court systems. If a client’s information is necessary for a legal process, investigation of a crime or any other matter affecting the well-being of others, Chernoff Diamond will surrender such information upon proper paperwork and warrants completed by the law offices, courts and/or law enforcement units.
