Licenses:	New York State Life & Accident license
Responsibilities:	Design strategic benefit strategies to meet client needs Conduct market analysis and negotiate renewals Conduct client meetings and provide plan recommendations offer Develop and maintain strong relationships at all client levels Participate on special project teams as required
Qualifications:	A successful applicant for this position must possess: Strong written and oral communication skills Superior client service skills Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and work quickly and accurately under pressure Highly organized work practices Three-plus years of related industry experience. A New York State Life and Accident license Applicants considered for employment must pass a background check.
