Job Description:

The Commercial Lines Team Coordinator provides clerical, processing, and administrative support to the Partners and Risk Consultants.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing Certificates of Insurance
  • Processing auto ID cards
  • Processing loss control recommendations
  • Requesting loss runs
  • Running motor vehicles reports (MVRs)
  • Billing functions
  • Scanning & filing
  • Prepare correspondence, proposals, reports, spreadsheets, and powerpoint presentations
  • Work on special projects as necessary
  • Daily client service activities
  • Other clerical functions
  • Ordering supplies for the department
  • Processing check request forms

 

*** Will train on insurance related transactions. ***  

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of commercial lines of insurance is a plus.  We will train on insurance related transactions.
  • Must have excellent computer skills in Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Although training will be provided, knowledge of the Applied Systems' TAM application is a plus.
  • General knowledge of commercial coverage such as workers compensation, auto, property, and general liability is also a plus.
  • Processing skills, organizational skills and detail-sensitivity required.

  • Applicants being considered must pass a Level I Background check as any offer of employment is contingent receipt of a satisfactory background investigation.
