VIP plans are flexible, designed to the specific objectives of each plan sponsor. Tax deductible contributions per participant can total $300,000. Participant account balances increase/decrease in direct relationship to investment results. Direct Recognition VIP eliminates under funding, as a result, plan contributions are predictable and consistent. VIP is a qualified plan arrangement approved by IRS in accordance with the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (PPA) and the extensive body of regulations that followed. All plans are individually designed and submitted to IRS for favorable determination.
